Il 2 dicembre 2019 il Comitato Europeo per la Protezione dei Dati (EDPB) ha adottato la bozza delle Guidelines 5/2019 on the criteria of the Right to be Forgotten in the search engines cases under the GDPR (part 1).
Il draft resterà in pubblica consultazione e assoggettabile a commenti fino al 5 febbraio 2020.
